To Write Love on Her Arms

I would love it if as many people could get involved in this as possible! This September the 25th, write the word "LOVE" on your arm and dare to share it with the world via a simple photograph!

This is such a fantastic cause!

It's seems such a small, insignificant gesture, but the more people that get behind this and participate; it helps to raise awareness for people suffering from depression and/or self harm. You CAN help! We can reduce the stigma and get these life threatening issues out in the open!

Welcome Lexi!

Lexi is going to be the most spoilt kitten ever!
We've already gone out and bought her everything from bio-degradable kitty-litter to cat toys, pink bowls, sparkly collar etc... she's very cute tho.  Well worth the expense!
She is beautiful and going to fit in here very well!

But Smurf better sleep with one fish-eye open...

Some people have a sick sense of humour!

It is not funny to anonymously threaten people and tell them that they are being watched and that they'd better watch their back!

What part of that is funny?

Especially since sinister things have happened around this neck of the woods as recently as a few weeks ago!

So I survived the diet assessment interview! yay!
Wasn't that bad, I can do this :)
Admittedly I haven't analysed it in food works yet.. but still, feeling good so far!
